How long does delivery take?

We ship within metropolitan France only. Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days (Tuesday–Saturday) and delivered 4–6 business days after dispatch by our delivery partner. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

How much is shipping?

€5.90 flat rate for orders under €180. Shipping is free on orders of €180 or more.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return any item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Send us a request via our Return Center and we email you a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return.

How do I choose my size?

Each product page has a size guide with French size equivalents. Our model is 168 cm tall and wears size M. Not sure? Contact us before ordering and we’ll help.
