About us

Who is Made Concept Store?
We are an online boutique run from Dunkerque, France. We don't design or manufacture clothing ourselves: we select women's dresses from partner suppliers and sell them online to customers in France.

Shipping

Do you ship outside France?
No. We currently ship within metropolitan France only.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered 4–6 business days after dispatch, so 5–8 business days in total. Our business days are Tuesday to Saturday.

How much does shipping cost?
€5.90 for orders under €180. Shipping is free on orders of €180 or more.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status from the link in your order confirmation email or by logging in to your account.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If it hasn't arrived within 8 business days, contact us at mail@madeconceptstore.shop or +33 3 28 25 50 77 with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can return it free of charge.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have to return an item?
30 calendar days from delivery, for any reason, including sale items.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We email you a prepaid return label. There are no return or restocking fees.

How do I start a return?
Use the form on our Return Center page or email mail@madeconceptstore.shop with your order number. We reply within 2 business days with your prepaid label.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You are also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB. Available methods are always shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

When you place your order.
