Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

30-day free returns

You can return any item within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason. This includes items bought on sale. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label by email, and there are no restocking fees.

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags attached, so that we can resell them. If a returned item has been worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss of value, as permitted by French law.

How to return an item

  1. Send us your return request using the form on our Return Center page, or email mail@madeconceptstore.shop. Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with your prepaid return label by email.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label and drop off the parcel with the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The original shipping cost is also refunded when you return a whole order. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund on your account.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will send you a prepaid return label and arrange a free replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.

Your legal rights

Our 30-day return policy adds to your legal rights; it does not replace them:

  • Right of withdrawal (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You can tell us by email, by using the model withdrawal form below, or with our return request form.
  • Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery for items that do not match their description or are defective.
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
