At Moda Concept Store, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a straightforward, no-fee return process — here's how it works.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Final sale items, worn items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit your return request to our Return Center at mail@madeconceptstore.shop, including your order number, the reason for return, clear photos of the item(s), and any other relevant details.
  2. Our team will review your submission and confirm eligibility, typically within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label — no need to arrange or pay for your own shipping.
  4. Pack the item securely with the label attached and send it back to us. Returns are completely free, with no return shipping fees and no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund to your account after we issue it.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at mail@madeconceptstore.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a free exchange or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank first, then contact us at mail@madeconceptstore.shop and we will look into it right away.
