Shipping policy

Made Concept Store is an online boutique run from Dunkerque, France. Please read the details below before placing an order.

Shipping destinations

We ship within metropolitan France only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing and delivery times

  • Processing (handling) time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 4–6 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days from order

Our business days are Tuesday to Saturday, excluding French public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or Monday are processed from the next business day. Orders are shipped within France by our third-party delivery partner.

Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 8 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Shipping rates

  • Orders under €180: €5.90 flat rate
  • Orders of €180 or more: free shipping

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also see the status of your order on the order status page linked in your order confirmation email, or by logging in to your account.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can correct the address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Order cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at mail@madeconceptstore.shop or +33 3 28 25 50 77. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already been dispatched, you can return it free of charge under our Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund & Return Policy.
