Shipping Destinations

Moda Concept Store currently ships within France only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Business Days

We process and ship orders on our regular business days, Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed outside these days will begin processing on the next available business day.

Standard Shipping

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 4–6 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate of €5.90 for orders under €109.99
  • Free shipping for orders of €110.00 and above

Order Tracking

Every order includes access to our built-in tracking system, so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellation is only possible in serious or exceptional circumstances and must be requested as soon as possible by contacting mail@madeconceptstore.shop or +33 3 28 25 50 77. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please visit our Return Center (see our Refund & Return Policy) with photos and order details, and our team will arrange a resolution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our team at mail@madeconceptstore.shop or +33 3 28 25 50 77 with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
